Does voltbuilder ipa work with older iOS version?

Hi, I created an ad-hoc ipa file using voltbuilder and install it in my iphone 5 ios 10.3.4 and I get the this error dddd , I create the same app using phonegap build, and the app work on my iphone 5.

I see, So the up to date cordova only support ios 11 and up.

Added Xcode 11 compatibility and bumped minimum iOS version to 11.0

As of April 2020, Apple requires all app store submissions to be built with Xcode 11 and target the iOS 13 SDK.
